The importance of HC integrated 3-phase separator in the development of natural gas fields


The integrated three-phase separator is an integral skid-mounted device with separator and water jacket furnace as the main body, which uses water as heat transfer medium. The high-pressure natural gas first passes through the water jacket furnace for heat exchange and temperature rise, and then flows into the separator after choking and pressure reduction. Afterwards, the three-phase separation of oil/gas/water is carried out in the separator, and then the separated natural gas is measured by orifice plate before exported.

The integrated three-phase separator adopts an automatic control system, which can automatically complete the detection of system temperature, pressure, differential pressure, oil/water interface, flow rate and other parameters, and has automatic data processing, automatic temperature control of water jacket furnace, oil level control, oil/water interface control, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow calculation, curve drawing, data management, zero correction, automatic report generation, printing and many other functions.
