On July 26, 2019, we organized a training for all employees of Foreign Trade Department. The main purpose is to enhance their familiarity with products, reduce error rate during work, improve their business skills, and strengthen job awareness and sense of responsibility.

In order to have a better understanding of everyone’s product knowledge, our technicianconducted professional tests for separator, surface testing, and other components used in pressure vessels and equipment. Through this test, employees are able to recognize the lack of themselves, learn from their strengths and make up for their weaknesses, and master the key points in future work, so as to lay a good foundation for providing better service to customer.

After the test, company carried out comprehensive training aiming at employees'shortcoming. For a more elaborated training, our engineer used product photosand some models to explain the performance, parameters and advantages of product in details. Moreover, every question raised by employees has been thoroughly answered.

HC will conduct this type of training from time to time. We attach great importance to the training of employees'skills. In the present fierce competitive environment, employees as the key ofenterprise, only by constantly improving knowledge and skills, can they play an inestimable role in the company development.
