The three-phase separator designed and manufactured by HC for Bangladesh project has reached the final stage of production. The equipment is composed of high-precision, direct display, gas flowmeter with pressure and temperature compensation, safety valve, level gauge, multiple pressure gauges and thermometers. The level gauge can display on-site, transmit remotely and alarm at the upper and lower limits. The medium inlet, oil discharge, exhaust and sewage outlet are equipped with matching flanges, which can realize the rapid welding connection with the pipe network. It also can carry out new parameter design and various instrument selection with multi-specifications and serialization, which is specially suitable for the foam heavy oil separator skid. The skid-mounted structure of the whole equipment is easy to move and transport, and the separation efficiency can reach 99% with the fine separator and demister at the gas outlet. In addition, it is equipped with Fisher valves and high-quality instrumentation, and is coated with Jordan paint, which is corrosion-resistant, durable and of excellent quality.
