The vehicle-mounted integrated two-phase separator ordered by Jilin customer, China, has been basically completed, which can be delivered after the assembly and painting of the parts.

The equipment is a mature product of HC, with relatively perfect design drawings and manufacturing process. In order to shorten the construction period, the factory has also stocked up a large number of high-quality valves and instruments in advance. 

The vehicle-mounted integrated two-phase separator consists of electric control box, instrument control box, base, bracket on base, two-phase separator on bracket, valve and instrument. Moreover, it is with the compact overall structure, highly integrated function, high operation efficiency, small occupied area, short construction period, convenient operation and maintenance, and strong applicability, all of which are conducive to the refined management of oilfield production. Besides, the equipment has a design pressure of 9.8MPa and a design temperature of 80℃, which can be used in oil fields and natural gas wells.

We use JOTUN paints, environmental protection, aesthetically-pleasing, anti-corrosive and anti-rust, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment. In the production process, we not only strictly control the quality, but also have strict quality requirements for each process, so as to ensure that every piece of equipment leaving the factory is of high quality and is able to bring economic benefits to users.
