The vertical surge tank designed and manufactured by HC for the Middle East project has been completed and will be shipped soon. The equipment is mainly used for the second separation of oil-gas-liquid mixture and surgeing system pressure in oil and gas fields.

The specification is generally as follows:

Double chamber: (2×25) BBL/8m3, (2×50) BBL/16m3

Single chamber: 50BBL/8m3, 100BBL/16m3

Pressure: 50 ~ 250PSI

The equipment includes vessel body (conforming to ASME), mist catcher, oil inlet pipeline, liquid outlet pipeline, gas outlet pipeline, sewage pipeline, safety protection system, sampling point, level gauge, pressure gauge, thermometer, etc. Users can choose whether to add adjustable pressure reducing valve, high/low level alarm system, temperature automatic control and other accessories according to their needs.

The vertical surge tank has special corrosion resistance, and is able to withstand a variety of acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent, with great design flexibility, excellent tank wall structure performance, pressure resistance, anti-aging, light weight, high strength, heat insulation, anti-seepage, smooth surface and so on.
