HC supplies Vertical Surge Tanks for the big construction project in Qatar. UCE is the client and EPC contractor place an order to HC Petroleum Equipment for 5 units of Surge Tank with measure and control instruments, as well as safety and flow-control valves.

UCE is leading EPC contracting company, which cooperates only with top engineering and manufacturing companies.

Surge Vessels were inspected and approved by the representatives of the ASME and BV, and were successfully shipped to Qatar.

Vertical Surge Vessel is assembly consisting of the vessel body, pipeline, skid, instruments and valves, used for the pipeline pressure control, is crucial part of the process operation.

•PROJECT PROCESS

Designed, manufactured and supplied five units of Surge Vessels as per ASME standard within the period of 2019.

Before placing order, drawings with technical description was provided. Customer conducted inspection of engineering and manufacturing facilities.

During the products, technical team of our company relied on ASME standard with all required engineering, manufacturing, testing, marking.

Within the prescribed time limit ,  Surge Vessels were successfully delivered to the production side.

After delivery our company still provided necessary parts which was missed by the customer during determining scope of supply. Our company provided immediate support.
