Second Batch of Four Scrubber Skids for Venezuela Nears Completion
The scrubbers for our Venezuelan client’s second order are almost ready. After the first batch of two units was successfully delivered and put into service, the client came back with a follow-up order—this time for four units. We’ve been moving steadily on this project, and now, the four scrubbers are in the final stages of fabrication.
These units, like the previous ones, are built with an integrated control system and pneumatic valves that help manage discharge pressure and control the level of separated liquid. The liquid level is kept stable through a control valve and transmitter setup, designed to respond to real-time changes during operation. Pressure, temperature, and level indicators are included to give operators a clear picture of what’s happening inside the vessel.
All electrical components are wired into a junction box installed along the skid’s edge, making it easier for field teams to handle wiring during installation and later on during routine checks.
This repeat order means a lot to us. It’s a sign that our equipment is doing its job well out in the field and that our service has earned the trust of our client. We're now focused on wrapping up the finishing work and getting everything packed and ready for shipment.
This batch reflects HC’s consistent approach to customized engineering, where we work closely with clients to understand their field conditions and deliver solutions that match their needs in both performance and reliability. Our team is now focused on the final stages of quality control and packaging, with shipping preparations already underway.
We remain committed to providing our global partners with reliable oil and gas processing equipment backed by technical expertise, timely delivery, and responsive support.
Stay tuned for updates as the scrubbers begin their journey to Venezuela in the coming weeks.
