Electric Heated Water Bath Heater Delivered to Xinjiang Oilfield Project


Recently, HC successfully completed the manufacturing and final inspection of an electric heated water bath heater, which has now been shipped to a client site in Xinjiang. The unit will be used for crude oil heating and pressure stabilization in the surface processing system. Tailored for operation in cold climates, the equipment delivers reliable performance, uniform heating, and precise control.

As a core component of oilfield gathering and treatment systems, the performance of a water bath heater is critical to the overall efficiency and stability of separation and dehydration processes. This electric model features explosion-proof electric heating elements and an optimized heat transfer structure. Equipped with a PLC-based temperature control system, it supports remote monitoring and intelligent adjustment, making it ideal for harsh environments with low ambient temperatures and high altitudes.

During the design phase, HC’s engineering team fully considered the site conditions and climatic characteristics of Xinjiang. Special enhancements were made to the insulation system, electrical control, and anti-freeze measures, ensuring stable performance even in temperatures below -30°C. A full-scope simulation test was conducted prior to shipment, confirming all key parameters meet operational standards.
