Product Application
Wellhead Sand Filter system consists of two 100% sand filter tanks, each of which is equipped with a high-performance filter. The filter is designed to handle the flow from inside out, and the mesh sizes vary from 100 to 400µm. The filter screen is designed with wedge-shaped, which has the high efficiency of backwashing and can shorten the offline time of flushing to the greatest extent. The removed sand particles are collected in the screen at the lower part of the vessel and directed to sand treatment system. In order to ensure maximum usability, the skid of the desander is equipped with a filter screen and double shut-off valves adapted to harsh working conditions. The system design allows isolation of a desander for backwashing to remove intercepted sand or debris. By using the skid-mounted crane, it is easy to enter from the top and check or replace the filter screen regularly.
