Following this success, HC has further inked a deal with a client in Shandong, China, for the supply of two dual-compartment surge tanks. The two crude oil dual-compartment surge tanks are designed with a required pressure of 1.6MPa and a volume of 16m³. We are committed to providing users with high-quality dual-compartment surge tanks in accordance with international standards, assisting them in the oil extraction and collection process, enhancing production efficiency, and reducing costs.

Utilizing its unique working principle, the dual-compartment surge tanks facilitate the initial separation of gas and liquid as the mixed fluid enters. Through collision separation and gravity settling, the tanks achieve preliminary gas-liquid separation. This process not only improves gas purity but also effectively reduces the solid particle content in the oil-water mixture, providing clean and stable raw materials for subsequent processes.

Furthermore, a key function of the dual-compartment surge tanks is to increase the residence time of liquid media inside the tanks, ensuring smoother flow operation within the system. This not only contributes to the controllability of production yield but also provides a protective role for other equipment. The separated gas enters the gas-liquid separator, while the oil-water mixture is directed through the outlet pipeline to either external oil pumps or settling tanks, achieving precise process control.
