After more than a month, the skid-mounted water bath heater (WBH) ordered by Tianjin customer was finally completed and successfully delivered to the site. Now the equipment has completed installation and commissioning and started the operation.

WBH is an indispensable equipment in the process of oil and gas field production and gathering and transportation, which is mainly responsible for the heating of oil and gas field products as well as the energy supply of the gathering and transportation system. Meanwhile, it is also one of the largest self-consumption fuel equipment in oil and gas fields. Its technical level and thermal efficiency directly affect the technical level, energy conservation, emission reduction, and economic benefits of the surface engineering construction. Therefore, in order to improve the service performance of WBH, HC adopts a new high-efficiency burner to fundamentally solve the problem of low efficiency of the current WBH.

HC continues to optimize the structure of WBH, mainly from the development of new fire tube and smoke tube structures, improving the structure and arrangement of heat exchange coils, and adding auxiliary device to optimize the overall structure, so as to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the thermal efficiency of WBH. 

In the production process, we strictly control the production quality and welding quality to overcome the leakage of WBH, thus to realize its high efficiency and extend its service life.
