In the past oilfield exploration and testing process, surface testing equipment did not have acid-proof characteristics. Strong acidic fluid would cause serious pitting, cracking and delamination of equipment, resulting in high-pressure leakage, fire explosion, personnel poisoning and casualties and other safety incidents. Directly discharged of high acid liquids will also cause serious pollution to the environment.

In order to solve this problem, our technical team used special steel and composite materials, as well as new heat treatment and special welding process to manufacture anti-sulfur and acid-proof ground testing equipment. Combined with on-line monitoring technology of acid concentration and hydrogen sulfide content, this device can monitor the acid concentration of fluid at any time, which greatly improves the safe and environmentally friendly operation level of acid fluid well and high hydrogen sulfide well. Its sulfur prevention grade can reach FF level, with daily treatment fluid volume of 2000m3 and natural gas volume of 1.6 million m3, which can effectively avoid safety and environmental protection accidents caused by acid fluid corrosion of ground test equipment.

If you are looking for surface testing equipment for high-sulfur oil and gas wells, HC Petroleum Equipment will be your first choice. With 15 years of manufacturing and export experience, all of our products are ASEM certified and fully in line with international standards.

Our high-pressure connection pipeline, ground emergency shutdown system, data head, nozzle manifold, emergency pressure relief valve, steam heat exchanger, three-phase separator, buffer tank, metering tank, burner and online data acquisition system can be used together or customized separately. Our engineer team will develop the most suitable solution according to your operating conditions.
