Recently, two three-phase separator pressure vessel skids completed manufacturing, inspection, and final preparations for shipment and are now being shipped to Ecuador for a local oil and gas project.

According to the customer's procurement requirements, the equipment consists mainly of horizontal pressure vessels and integrated steel skids, without additional separation internals, control instruments, or valve assemblies. After the equipment arrives at the project site, the customer will complete the system integration according to the requirements of the subsequent process.

This type of procurement provides greater flexibility for customers with their own field engineering and system integration capabilities, allowing them to select and configure instruments, valves, and other auxiliary equipment according to the specific requirements of the local project.

For the vessel design, we adopted a horizontal configuration. The vessels were manufactured in accordance with applicable Chinese pressure vessel standards and underwent the required non-destructive testing and pressure testing.

For pressure vessels, manufacturing is only one part of the process. Welding quality, non-destructive testing, and pressure testing are all important parts of the final inspection and provide a foundation for the equipment's subsequent operation.

To facilitate lifting and transportation, standard lifting holes and installation interfaces were incorporated into the skid frame. Once the equipment arrives at the project site, it can be lifted, positioned, and secured directly, reducing the need for additional welding or modification work on site.

For projects where customers handle the subsequent system integration themselves, this configuration also provides greater flexibility.

As the equipment will be used in an outdoor operating environment in Ecuador, the entire equipment is finished with a white anti-corrosion coating, which helps protect the equipment during outdoor operation and contributes to a longer service life.

From pressure vessel fabrication and skid assembly to inspection, coating, and final shipment, a piece of equipment goes through multiple stages before it is ready for delivery.

With the two three-phase separator pressure vessel skids now shipped, the project will move on to international transportation and site installation. We look forward to seeing the equipment arrive safely in Ecuador and become part of the subsequent project development.
