Managers of HK HUICHUAN INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT CO., LTD (HC Petroleum Equipment) visited Cairn head office in New Delhi by the end of 2018 to discuss technical and commercial issues of the 10000 BBL/DAY Production Separator order. Parties have discussed issues of the cooperation and technical details of the unit and received many other proposals for the future cooperation in development of oilfields. 

Three-phase production separator has a design of liquid-boot, consists of sets of high accuracy instruments and durable valve and flow control equipment. Technical team of HC Petroleum Equipment equipped Separator Skid with Ex-proof Control and Automation System with Siemens PLC.

Vessel of the Separator was designed, produced and tested as per ASME standard and passed string test and inspections by the third party appointed by the client.

Inspection of the vessel was conducted by the special representatives of international Third-Party Inspection company, Bureau Veritas (BV).

As per client’s requirements, Separator was designed for comparatively high pressure of 1440 PSI (10 MPa) which is not common for usual oil and gas separators.Design and Engineering team of HK HUICHUAN INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT CO., LTD (HC Petroleum Equipment) provided clear and safe operation system for client’s operation.

Control & Automation system ensures proper operation of Pressure and Flow Control Vales, as well as instruments to meet client’s requirements for oil, gas and water separators.
