Recently, HC successfully signed a supply agreement for a 10,000psi dual pot sand filter with a Tunisian client. After more than a month of intensive production, the equipment was successfully completed. Today, the Tunisian client visited our factory for inspection.

During the inspection, we strictly adhered to international standards and the technical requirements stipulated in the contract, ensuring that every aspect met the client's expectations and industry standards. The inspection process included the following steps:

Appearance Inspection: First, the client conducted a detailed examination of the overall appearance of the dual pot sand filter, including the surface treatment, welding quality, and clarity of markings. The equipment, designed to the API 6A standard, was meticulously inspected to ensure compliance.

Material and Manufacturing Process Verification: The client verified the materials used for the equipment, confirming that they met the contractual specifications, including the anti-sulfur standard NACE MR-01-75. We then demonstrated the specific manufacturing processes, including the operational standards and quality inspection records for key production steps.

Functionality Testing: With the assistance of our technical staff, the client performed a comprehensive functionality test on the dual pot sand filter. The main test items included filtration performance, sand removal efficiency, and system stability to ensure the equipment operates efficiently in practical applications. The configuration, which includes the vessel, piping, valves, instruments, and skid, was thoroughly tested to verify its performance under high pressure.

Document Review: The client thoroughly reviewed the technical documents and quality inspection reports, confirming that all documents were complete and compliant. We also presented the operation manual and maintenance guide for the equipment to help the client operate and maintain it smoothly in the future.

During the entire inspection process, the Tunisian client focused particularly on the following key points:

Quality and Stability of the Equipment: The client showed great concern for the manufacturing quality, material selection, and process control of the equipment, ensuring it could operate stably for a long time under a pressure of 10,000psi.

Ease of Operation and Maintenance: The client inquired in detail about the operation and maintenance of the equipment and experienced the operation process, confirming that it is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

After a series of rigorous inspections, the Tunisian client highly praised our dual pot sand filter, expressing great satisfaction with its quality and performance. The successful completion of this inspection once again demonstrates HC's strength and commitment in production and technology.
