Three-phase Separator

Three-phase separator is a basic component of petroleum production system, which is used to separate reservoir fluid from oil, gas and water. Then these separated flows are transported to the downstream for processing.

Plug Catcher

The plug catcher or junk catcher is a special mechanical piece of oilfield equipment designed to prevent downstream equipment from plugging and damage. Plug catchers consist of special cylinder with insert, gate or plug valves, integral fittings, hammer unions, which are installed in the skid.

Two-phase separator

In case the processed gas flow is so insignificant that it is ignored, the separator is used for two liquid phases separating and it is called liquid/liquid separator.

Production Separator

Production Separators are used in crude oil treatment and production for efficient separation of oil, gas and water. Depending on the working medium, Production Separators can be classified as Two-phase separators or Three-phase separators.

Multiport Selector Valve (MSV)
