Three-phase Separator
Three-phase separator is a basic component of petroleum production system, which is used to separate reservoir fluid from oil, gas and water. Then these separated flows are transported to the downstream for processing.
Cyclone Separator
Cyclone Separator is designed to remove liquids and solids from natural gas stream. Cyclone separator highly efficient in bulk liquid and solids removal.
Two-phase separator
In case the processed gas flow is so insignificant that it is ignored, the separator is used for two liquid phases separating and it is called liquid/liquid separator. It surely is two-phase separator but the design and structure are basically the same with Three-phase separator, only gas outlet is canceled or combined with light-phase outlet.
Water Bath Heater
Water Bath Heaters are designed to heat high pressure fluids and gas coming from the well or pipeline.Water bath heaters (water jacket furnace)used in oil and gas industry for heatingmedium of the pipeline to prepare for further technology needs. It also called indirect bath heater.
Choke Manifold
Choke Manifold is an assembly which consist of high-pressure valves and chokes, used for reducing the pressure from the well head. It is operated by opening and closing an adjustable or fixed choke.
Oil Diverter Manifold
Diverter manifoldis valve assembly, used for diverting the produced oil and gas to the proper process destination. Oil diverter manifold diverts oil to the burner boom or surge tank, while gas diverter manifold diverts to flare stack or burner boom.
Kill Manifold
Kill manifold is necessary equipment in well-control system to pump drilling fluid into well barrel or inject the water into wellhead. It consists of check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges and line pipes.
