Vertical surge tank skid for the client from Thailand
HC completed the design and manufacture of Thailand vertical surge tank. Vertical Surge Tank consists of main body (vertical pressure vessel) supplied either single compartment or dual compartment. Internals consist of inlet deflector, vane or mesh mist extractor, vortex breakers and other components based on the process. Vertical Surge Thank is usually supplied as modular or skid-mounted system, which consists of multiple valves and instruments for effective flow control. It also consists of additional features such as Hi Low Alarm System, safety devices and sampling ports.
This equipment lasted more than a month from confirming the order to arranging production. We have carried out rigorous water pressure tests and various inspections, which fully meet the design standards. We design in accordance with ASME standards, use high-quality welding materials, and are equipped with well-known brand valve instruments.
